Troop 15 Headstone Placing

On Saturday, Troop 15 went to the Elma cemetery to place a headstone for the VFW (Veterans of  Foreign Wars).  My brothers, dad and I got there before anyone else and met some men from the Elma VFW.  Coincidentally, they were there to place a headstone too!  So, we ended up digging and setting two headstones.  Here some pictures.

Bill, the Comander of the Elma VFW marking where to put the headstone.

Tim and Tom digging a hole in the ground.

This was a hole that had collapsed because of the old wooden coffin that was disintegrating.

The troop finally arrived and started digging another hole.

After they dug the hole they carried the plaque along with the concrete to the hole.
