Veteran's Day Parade 2011

November 11th was the Veteran's Day Parade in Elma which the troop participated in.  The troop held our great banner made by Erin.  It was very wet that day and everyone was soaked by the time it was over.  At the end of the parade, the Elma Senior Center had hot dogs, chips, cookies, and sandwiches for the paraders.  After we ate the hotdogs and chips, we helped Bill take down some carports at the Memorial Park.

The Banner was held by Joe, Ty, and Ben.
The American and our troop flags were held by Donovan and Tom.

The troop volunteered to help out with the Cub Scout Pack's Harvest Party on Oct. 27th at Beacon Elementary School.  There were a lot of games, costumes, and prizes at the Harvest Party.  Some of the troop made it to the party and helped out with games.  Here are pictures taken at the party.

The Harvest Party took place inside the gym.
